Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://soulfoodcateringfortworth.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Service Description. This Site describes Event Catering Service, Home Catering Service, Private Chef Catering, Soul Food Catering, Southern Food Catering provided by Franny Gourmet. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Franny Gourmet (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Franny Gourmet may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Franny Gourmet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Franny Gourmet's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Franny Gourmet against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Modifications. Franny Gourmet may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
